Demos at the Healthy Living Expo!

Here is a list of demos for the Healthy Living Expo on January 11, 2014, 9am-1pm at Triton High School:

Scheduled (30 mins each):

  • 10:00am  Brain Fitness class from Johann Marsland, Train-A-Child and LearningRx
  • 10:30am  Spinal Health class from Dr. Andrew Klein, Dodge Center Chiropractic
  • 11:00am   Matter of Balance falls prevention workshop from Sonja Hruska, Jamie Koerner, SEMAAA – muscle strengthening exercises and medication awareness
  • 11:30am  Insanity fitness demo from Beth Ebnet, Olmsted Medical Center
  • 12:00pm  Zumba class from Carron Shubert, Xtreme Fitness

Kasson Clinic Community Gardens

Stop by the Kasson Clinic to grab some veggies and herbs from the 5 community garden beds! The lettuce, chives, and radishes are especially ready to go. Look closely to find some baby cucumbers and tomatoes, too. These gardens are for anyone and everyone in our community! Thank you again to Dodge County Master Gardeners and Kasson Public Library for helping us plan and plant, and to Sargent’s Gardens for donating the soil!
